By accessing or using Habit Garden ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Habit Garden is a gamified habit tracking application that provides users with digital tools to track their daily habits and visualize progress through a virtual garden interface. Watch your garden grow as you build better habits!
Subscriptions and Payments
Billing
We offer paid subscriptions ("Gardener Monthly") and one-time purchase options ("Garden Guru Lifetime"). By selecting a paid service, you agree to pay the fees indicated.
Renewal
Subscription services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by you.
Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided on the Service, including but not limited to graphics, user interface, and software code, is the property of Habit Garden and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
